We do not guarantee any specific returns or profits. All trading decisions are executed based on algorithms that may not always be profitable.

6. Fees and Payment

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for lost profits, revenue, or data
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from third-party services or exchange failures

  • Any trading losses incurred through the platform

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be disabled, and any open positions may be closed. You remain liable for any fees incurred before termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations against AI Trading Pro.

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Trading Pro regarding the use of our services.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

13.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment
